ENGWE products are sold exclusively in the EU/DE/US/UK through a network of authorized dealers selected by ENGWE . These dealers have been selected based on their ability to properly represent and sell our products.
Unfortunately, ENGWE products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Some websites even use the ENGWE name and brand but do not have any bikes. They just take your money and have nothing to deliver. If you buy from them, they will never ship you anything and will not be able to provide you with any required service.
The goods sold by these unauthorized companies do not come from us. Instead, the goods are sometimes purchased on a secondary "gray" market or they sell counterfeit goods that were not manufactured by us. Such goods are also likely to be damaged, faulty, stolen or counterfeit.
It is common for such dealers to deny responsibility for product/support issues. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized dealers and their business practices, products from unauthorized dealers are not eligible for ENGWE 's warranty service.
We use our best efforts (including this warning) to prevent these companies from selling ENGWE products, but such practices may still exist. We ask that you exercise care when selecting a retailer for your purchase and only purchase products from authorized retailers.
If you find a wrong seller, please report the website or store. And if the worst happens and you realize you've purchased from a wrong seller, you should immediately contact your credit card company and open a dispute so they can stop the transaction.
