ENGWE e-Bikes Correct charging procedure

In order to ensure human safety and the service life of our e-bike, please charge it very strictly according to the below process:

1. Turn off the e-bike and turn off the battery switch before charging it.
2. Get to know your charger's features:
3. Before charging, first insert the DC plug into the battery!!!
4. Then plug the AC plug into the AC socket.
5. Charge the e-bike 5-6 hours after the LED turns green:
6. After charging is completed, pull out the AC plug first!!!
7. Then pull out the DC plug:
The rule is: Do not plug in or unplug the DC plug while there is voltage.
